When using an X Series Eraser, please follow these guidelines:

  1. Select the right cutter style for the materials to be removed, and set the cutters at a minimal surface depth (Cutter Impact Zone) prior to the start of each new pass. NEVER change the cut depth during operation.
  2. Operate equipment in a side-to-side or front-to-back consistent sweeping motion, while keeping the cutters at the same cut depth, provides the best removal finish.
  3. Always perform a test strip, and obtain approval prior to commencing the removal operation. Record all job data in a job log.
  4. Operating the equipment with a vacuum to contain dust, and a sweeper to remove all standing materials from each removal pass is essential to assuring a consistent surface profile.
